This Privacy Policy explains how caretogether.org (the “Site”) handles information when you visit or use the Site. It applies to the public website only. It does not govern how customer organizations use the CareTogether platform to manage information about the people they serve.

  • We collect only the website data we reasonably need to operate, secure, improve, and market the Site and CareTogether.

  • We do not sell personal data.

If an organization uses CareTogether to store your information, send you messages, or record your consent to be contacted, that information is managed on behalf of that organization. In those situations:

  • the organization decides why your information is collected and how it is used;

  • the organization is responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents or permissions; and

  • CareTogether acts as that organization’s service provider or processor.

If you want to access, correct, delete, or ask questions about information an organization holds about you in CareTogether, please contact that organization directly.

We keep website information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including security, site operations, marketing, recordkeeping, and legal compliance.
